Email Services FAQ
1. On-board: After payment, we'll provide you with a short (10-minute) questionnaire with basic questions about your business to get a sense of your branding, style, and type of voice you'd like us to project.
2. Request: Then, you can begin your first email request! You can make as many custom requests as you'd like. We complete one request at a time, and each request has a 5-day turnaround time.
3. Send: We implement your completed emails directly into your ESP, and all you have to do is click "Send"!
4. (Optional) Revise: f you'd like a revision of any sort, simply reply to the automated completion email (we send you) with the revision requests. We'll revise as many time as you need, free of charge. Each revision request has a 2-day turnaround time.
Please note, if there are gaps in the information provided and we are unable to immediately begin working on your email, then our delivery timeline may take longer than 5 days.
After making your request, we'll immediately send you an email confirmation with all the relevant details including deadlines, revision process, credits remaining, etc. Afterwards, we'll send the details over to our account manager who will craft the requirements and send that over to a professional copywriter and email designer. Once the final deliverable is complete, we'll send it over to you for review.From email request submission to the first review, our timeline is 5 days.
